This house is unique because its spacious and very open layout. perfect for family gatherings to see and be apart with everyone with two living rooms, big kitcken, and dining area. Even the deck to the back yard is easily accessed from dining room or livingroom. Need a break or want to be alone the 4 bedrooms are spacious and away upstairs or just off living room. There is space for everyone, if you want to be together or alone.

Have access to the whole house, double garage included with 2.27 acre's your free to roam and play in the front or back yard. Take in the out doors by watching birds, turkeys or deer with a cup of coffee or ice tea right from the deck. Enjoy a bonfire, barbeque, play basketball or toss a football. If you like to explore take a beautiful walk in our quite friendly neighborhood and see the horses and beautiful trees, stop for the sunset over the river and take it all in. Take a bike ride or picnic to a close by state park, fish in river or apple creek. All within a mile from the house.

There's a 8 person Built in dry sauna. We have a guidebook on sauna use as well as zip lock bags of snow infused with Young Living Essential oils to apply to the hot rocks. Some of the oils are Citrus fresh, Wintergreen, Orange, Eucalyptus. The sauna is equipped with a shower. Very Refreshing.
