Upon arrival we will supply you with a control remote gate, keys and a mobile phone

•Complementary replacement of bathroom and pool towels is provided once per day.
•Complementary replacement of bottled drinking water is provided once per day.
•Complementary replacement of bed linens one time per 3 days. ( Additional room cleaning / change of towels / change of bed sheets may be arranged upon request. Please see with residence manager. )
• Please note: Electricity is NOT included in price of stay.
It is charged separately at the rate of 5.2 Baht per Kilowatt.
You will be invited to check the electric meter upon arrival and departure.
This policy is to ensure the best rates to our guests who are concerned about saving electricity and our planet; as it wouldn't be fair for guests who are concerned about saving electricity and our planet to have to pay higher fixed rates to cover for others who use electricity excessively.

Our residence manager can also organize with you a rendezvous to give you information about Thai traditions, local life and answer all your questions and can also recommend the best visits, sites, and assist you in booking vehicle rentals, taxis, airport transfers, tours, etc, and help you for any administrative or medical problem.
As a welcome pack: coffee, tea, water bottles, and local fruit basket.
