The house is situated on a quiet little road, about 4 miles from the picturesque village of Kinvara. The road is a cul-de-sac with a derelict castle and a lake at the end. Nice for a quiet walk on a dry day. Behind the house is a little forest housing many types of birds which can be heard early in the morning. Room 1 is the bedroom on the left looking at the house from the front. All bedrooms are facing west.

All guest rooms are located on the upper floor with dormer windows out the front. They are all around 20m2 in size. The spacious guest bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The landing area with it's sitting area, ironing board etc, the large sitting room as well as the dining room are open to all guests. On a nice day you may enjoy your breakfast outside on the patio.

Guests are free to use the TV room to relax, read a book, play board games, play pool or watch a movie. There is also a dining room and an outside area.

A complimentary breakfast is included.
I don't expect you to start your day without a coffee, tea, cereal, toast etc. before you get going.

My name is Bruno and I am originally from Switzerland. I moved to Ireland in 1991 but I have been visiting Ireland for 8 years previously. I have 3 children but only my youngest son is still living with me in the house. He goes to secondary school in Kinvara. I've spent all my adult life working as a musician and sound engineer all over the world, with mostly Irish traditional and contemporary musicians. At present I enjoy teaching drumming and working as an engineer and musician in my studio. I wish to share my music as well as my travel experience with others. My house is very much an open house.
