*spacious living room with comfortable sofas next to the fireplace
*dining place and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine
*sauna with shower, WC
Wi-Fi, SAT TV and music center
On the second floor:
*2 bedrooms with double beds
*1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
*bedrooms have separate bathrooms with shower and WC.
*Baby cot.
• Terrace with garden furniture, barbeque and small fountain.
• Hot water tub.
• Close to guest house there is place for swimming in the pond.

The amount of bedrooms you'll have access depends on the number of guests arriving.
We always discuss with our guests the amount of necessary bedrooms before arriving.
Reservation for 2 guests:
> We offer the house with one bedroom (with double bed). If you prefer having two separate bedrooms for two persons, there will be additional cost for extra room applied on arrival.
Reservation for 3-4 guests:
> We offer the house with two bedrooms (with double bed or mixed beds). If you prefer having another separate bedroom, there will be additional cost for extra room applied on arrival.
All 3 bedrooms are available when making reservation for 5-6 persons.
For all questions related rooms and extra costs, please contact the owner.
Sauna and and hot water tub are available upon request and at a surcharge.
