And, the true attraction of this condo - Location! Location! Location!
You are in the center of all the action in Breckenridge. Condo is right downtown, just 1/2 block to central Main Street.
And, if your visit includes a trip up the mountain, our condo is in the perfect location to enjoy the skiing Breckenridge offers. In the morning, walk 3 blocks to the gondola or pick up the free ski shuttle to either peak 8 or peak 9, located just in front of the building. At the end of the day, ski home on the 4 o'clock ski run, which ends right across the street from our condo.
For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there.
This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.

We do have laundry on site. It is located on the bottom floor on the outside of the building. This is coin operated.

There is a Christy Sports in the building that can proved ski and bike rentals. A liquor store and also a great Asian restaurant in the building. The condo has great access to everything in our little town.

I have lived in Breckenridge for 18 years and fell in love with it the moment I moved here. I have always lived in a ski town but Breckenridge has such a great community, eating establishments, hiking and biking trails.
