• Wear mask and face shield
• Temp scan (37.5C up will be denied entry by Security)
ALL GUESTS: UPON CHECK-IN REGISTER AT G/F or 3/F LOBBY SECURITY
• Register and submit a VALID ID to verify your declared names from the Authorization letter we sent to Admin and Security for you to access the unit. Claim ID once checked-out.
• Health Declaration Form will be sent to your email once booked. Submit the accomplished form during registration.
STANDARD CHECK-IN: 2PM
• My Staff will meet you at your NEAREST ENTRANCE LOBBY to assist during registration. Then will accompany you to the unit, orient, and hand the set of keys before leaving.
• Arrival from 5PM ONWARDS is “SELF CHECK-IN”. Padlock code will be given on the day. Keys will be available once inside the unit.
STANDARD CHECK-OUT: 12NN
• My Staff will collect the keys and inspect the unit at exactly 12NN—the next 2HRS is for cleaning as courtesy to the next guests.
• If you will check-out earlier than 12NN, advise 3HRS for proper turnover of unit and keys. Guards are not allowed to safekeep the keys.
NOTE: No 24/7 room service like Hotels. Staff resides outside the premise.
