Suitable for a single or couple. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a ceramic tile floor and new vanity. The bedroom has a new, firm queen bed for your comfort. Cook meals at home in a well equipped kitchen, or enjoy local restaurants close by. Extra towels are available for the beach, which is just across the street. Coin operated laundry room is available downstairs between units one and two. Free WIFI is provided.

This is a second floor condo with an outside entrance. Steps only, no elevator. You will have the whole one bedroom apartment to yourself. This is a no-smoking building. Smoking is allowed outside the building, but please keep it away from any of the units/windows.
其他注意事項
Parking is very limited and assigned. Only one vehicle per unit is allowed. A parking pass will be in the kitchen when you arrive and it must be displayed on your dashboard/mirror or you will be subject to having your car towed ($160). This is a summer resort area, and parking is at a premium! The parking lot will not accommodate long bed pick up trucks or any oversized vans, trucks or SUVs and they will need to be parked on the street.
Pets are not allowed at this time.

As a former government contractor I know what it is like to travel to a strange town and spend a month at a time away from my home and family. Hotels were expensive, cold and impersonal. Allow me to give you a warmer, and more cost effective home away from home. A transplanted Buckeye, my husband and I have raised our family in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and love it here. Each city is unique and there is so much to do! From the Virginia Beach resort strip to Norfolk’s Waterside you will find good food and entertainment. In Portsmouth you will find a historic district of beautiful restored homes, quaint streets, restaurants with outside dining, and a historic Art Deco movie theater! Hike at First Landing State Park and False Cape State Park, or check out Historic Fort Monroe in Hampton! Yes! I really do love Virginia! When not managing my listing, I am working to get my dear husband retired so we can go sailing!
