This condo is located at Destin West unit 604. This brightly decorated condominium boasts a spacious floor plan with a balcony off the living room and master bedroom. The unique floor plan offers the privacy of two separate bedrooms while maintaining a friendly, family-oriented space with a large living area and kitchen which lends itself for a relaxing vacation for all. Family areas and bathrooms are tiled, bedrooms are carpeted. The unit is decorated with custom colors,original artwork and crown moulding throughout.
The master bedroom opens to the balcony with a wonderful view of the gulf and the night life of Okaloosa Island. The furnishings in the room are comfortable including a king size bed and an armoire which holds a 32 Inch HD/ LCD TV with Blu-Ray/Wi-Fi connected(Movies via Netflix available) and Direct TV. The bathroom has a garden tub with separate shower and double sinks. This bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom features a large picture window with views of the gulf and bay, a queen-size bed, an armoire with 27 inch LCD TV with Direct TV Channels. This bedroom opens to the whimsically decorated second bathroom of the unit.
The brightly decorated, child-friendly bunk area has separate access to the second bathroom. This bedroom features its own LCD TV with built in DVD player for the children's enjoyment along with selected Direct TV channels. This room is also suitable for teens. Please note there is no door to the bunk room.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for cooking and/or entertaining. The laundry area is located off the kitchen. The brightly decorated living room is home to a 32 inch LCD television with HIGH DEFINITION Cable, DVD, CD and VHS. Direct TV service is provided and offers more than 200 channels, including Disney, SHO and Discovery channels. Enjoy our library of DVD's,and CD's as well as our small reading library.
Free wireless internet is available in the condo and throughout the condo complex. Free internet phone service throughout the US. Great views of the beach, gulf, pier and pool area are afforded from the spacious balcony. The hide-a-bed will also accommodate additional guests for your stay.
Relaxation and serenity surrounds you at the first-class beach resort of Destin West. There are MANY pools to choose from at Destin West. The bayside offers a 700 ft. lazy river, a heated pool with a waterfall flowing into it, and 2 large hot tubs in the center of the bayside complex. There is also a gradual decline pool that feeds into the Lazy River. Parents love the safety of their toddlers playing in the water.
The beachside complex offers a 5000 sq. ft. pool, a splash garden for the kids, a kiddy pool, and a large hot tub. You will also have access to the large Ramada Inn pool that features a grotto pool with swim up bar!
A SKYWALK or bridge connecting the beachside complex to the bayside complex makes using all of the amenities at Destin West a breeze! The beachside also has a state of the art FITNESS GYM right on the beach.
CHARCOAL GRILLS and PICNIC TABLES on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. Or throw FRISBEE/FOOTBALL on the grassy areas by the grills on the bayside.

You must follow all posted instructions while Destin West Beach & Bay Resort and our condo.An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.By booking this condo, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and do hereby waive any claim of liability or compensation for any possible exposure or injury which might occur to you and your party on our property.

Please note-- Keep the sliding glass doors closed if the AC is on. Our AC WILL freeze up if you have the sliding glass doors open letting in heat and humidity. Our AC cannot keep up with the Florida heat. If the AC freezes due to the sliding doors being left open, it will take at least 8 hours to unfreeze the AC and you will be held responsible for the service call.

Within walking distance is Willys Adventure Zone, The Gulfarium, Rockin' Tacos restaurant, The Crab Trap, and many many more restaurants and shops. All within walking distance of this condo! Destin West is also located about 10 minutes from Destin.

I am fully available via text, email, and calls. I live 30 minutes away and can come to the condo if needed. Otherwise, I make necessary phone calls to my maintenance man, plumber, appliance person etc.
