*No smoking in ANY area of the building (including balconies/windows).
*Pets are not allowed.
*No parties.
*Respect neighbors. Please do not make any disturbing noises at the flat or builiding SPECIALLY Monday-Friday 10pm-8am Weekends/Holidays 12am-9.30am.
*Lost/forgotten keys € 40
*LATE CHECK IN FEE 20€. ***After 10.00P.M. there is a 20€ fee, even if is planned or not (delays, traffic, etc...) To be paid at entrance in cash.
