This penthouse has a vintage feel with period wood & the original spanish style side bar in dining area which has been specifically kept to mark it's original design.

This apartment has two large double bedrooms, sleeping four people comfortably. It also has a sofa bed in the large living area, offering five people to stay comfortably in this apartment.
Unwind in the large open sun terrace that offers outside dining, comfort and relaxation during your seaside stay. Enjoy reading a book as you relax on the outdoor sofa, or some morning Yoga & meditation before you have breakfast on the terrace. After a day on the beach or perhaps a day exploring the town, enjoy a home cooked meal with candle light & a glass of vino as you unwind after your day.
The large living dining/ sitting room space offers a large area to chill out, watch smart tv with its newly 49 inch flat screen TV, enjoy games with your family or friends or you can simply use this open space to work. One has the option to take their work outdoors to the terrace where the outdoor blinds can be pulled to give you a nice warm shade making all weather conditions comfortable for you to work and be creative in while on your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For a Booking of 1-2 people, there will be only ONE bedroom available (Master Bedroom). The second bedroom can be made available with additional charge. Otherwise all areas will be open. There won’t be any other bookings during your stay.

DOGS/ PETS: Pets are allowed, nevertheless, an additional charge of 50€ per Week will be charged. Additional rules are applied for Dogs and Pets for the inside of the apartment.
