Furnished room 11x19 sq. ft. with Twin Bed, Executive Office Arm Chair, Table, Desk, Floor Mat, Floor Light, Bookshelves, and large Double Mirror Closet. Private full bathroom, Washer and dryer inside the unit. Gated garage with assigned parking space. High speed internet. Great home environment for working professionals and students. Monthly only: $1500. Discount: 8%.

0. Upon Reservation: Please kindly provide check-in time range in a 3-hour-or-less interval e.g. 3pm-6pm, 6pm-9pm etc. so that host can best cope with your arrival.

a. Parking in guest space towards end of the drive way is closest to my home
b. Call my cell phone, and you will see me in a minute
2. Check in using this option 2 is a front lobby approach:
Upon arrival at the complex, enter the front entrance door (a double glass door).
Use the intercom in the far right corner. Press the numeric keys 114. Listen to the phone ring. Host will answer and remotely open the second double door. Guest enters the lobby. Turn right, then turn left and go to the end of the hall way. Turn left again, the first unit on the right is the destination unit 114. Ring door bell.
3. HOA requires all residence's guests who stay over 3 nights park in assigned space inside the gated garage.
4. HOA centralizes garage remote controls. Replacement is $50 if lost.
5. HOA controls the not duplicate entrance keys. Replacement is $50 if lost.
