Our beautiful home is located on the #1 fairway of Club de Golf in Coronado Panama. Bouganvilla Villas also enjoy 24/7 security, multiple shared swimming pools all within a gated community. In 2018 we did a total renovation from floor to ceiling to make our home more comfortable. Please note we have a 3 month rental minimum.

Our newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath home is well-equipped including cable, high speed Internet plus 200 US channels. Our home features a comfortable master bedroom with a large ensuite bath. The master bedroom has a new, comfy queen bed and beautiful furnishings including a flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 also has a queen size bed and is nicely furnished. The living room has new comfortable sectional and wall mounted flat screen TV. All rooms have separate AC units and fans for your comfort. A spacious patio joins the living room with full sliding and screened doors entering into the living room. Our spacious patio faces the golf course and enjoys a great breeze throughout the year. Our open plan kitchen is fully equipped (just like home) with all new stainless steel appliances, Silestone counter tops and a stainless steel double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice machine. There is also a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room. Please note...their will be a $6.00 per day elect charge on all rentals or a separate electric deposit can be put against the monthly electric bill.

Our villa shares a pool with 5 other villas plus access is available to the club pool, fitness area, restaurant and golf course...all within a 5 minute walk. Golf course and club privileges are available for $285.00 per month. Please ask us for details.
