Beautiful, well equipped home with over 100' of Lake Hamilton frontage. Amenities include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large decks, brand new furniture, cable TV, wifi, outdoor hot tub, canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and a large boat dock. Less than 10 minutes from all that Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn, Magic Springs and Crystal Falls, Garvin Gardens, and Bathhouse Row. This is the perfect place to play on the lake, host an event, or just relax and enjoy the view!

Professionally decorated! New kitchen and appliances. Newly redone bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Will sleep up to 16 in the provided beds! Bunk beds are full over full, so comfortable for adults. 50" TVs in both living areas. 32" TVs in three bedrooms. Game areas with foos ball table, board games, and puzzles!

Guests can access everything except for the owner's closet and an outside storage area. Guests can use our kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddle board. Just be sure to wear a life jacket!
