Our house has all areas accessible to guests, however this has changed due to Covid 19, so check with Sarah for updated information. There are three queen sized bedrooms - two with an ensuite & one with a shared bathroom. The rooms are called Cosy Room in Colourful House (room with a shared bathroom), Blue Room in Colourful House (room with an ensuite) & Apricot Room with outdoor Garden Verandah in Colourful House (this room has an ensuite & access to private front verandah).
If you are travelling with family or friends you might want to book all three rooms!

7 mins walk to Fairfield Station & train service around Melbourne.
Station Street has busy shopping, with three small supermarkets, is 8 mins walk away.
Our street is a friendly Suburban street with wonderful neighbours.
Fairfield Boathouse sells great food & you can hire a row boat or kayak. It is a nice easy walk to get to it or you can catch the bus.
Grandview Hotel has comedy, live music, good meals - about 500 metres away from house.

I am an enthusiastic and passionate individual - probably too much of both of those!! I work in the Arts mostly through Local Government. My husband moves billiards tables - yes, there does seem to be enough work around to keep him busy! We have two adult children who are wonderful people - we are not biased!! I originally came from UK, but have been living in Oz since I was 9 years old. My fave cities are Paris, Berlin and New York, but Hanoi has now added to that list!!! Oh and of course Melbourne, which so many of our guests seem to adore!! We have now been meeting hundreds (yes that's right) of guests from across the world since 2016 via Airbnb. I can't believe that the world has produced such wonderful and interesting humans, all with their own story to tell. It’s been a fantastic experience!
