Welcome to our home!! Enjoy this clean bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventures and bussiness travellers. We live here and we will gladly share all the common areas with you.
Perfect Location: 5 minutes walk to 17th Ave and 10 minutes walk to Ctrain. Excellent transit access. We are close to bars, grocery store, parks and restaurants. The Saddledome is 30 minutes walk, it is a good opportunitte to enjoy the Stampede time!!!

- Coffee, Tea and some other basics are free. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own food.
-Big closet in your room.
- Mini Fridge inside the room.

-The laundry room is in the same floor the room #4 and has a charge of 1.50 for washer and 1.25 for dryer.

- Take off your shoes in the entry.
- Turn off the light when do you don't use it.
- Clean your dirty dishes.
- The building is a free smoke area.
- For COVID reason about the common areas.
