This space is a jewel! My lovely, third floor condo is located directly on the sound. You can enjoy peaceful, private views of the water in the morning with beautiful sunsets at night. Feel free to sip your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage on the sunny, sound side deck! Plus, if you crave the sights and sounds of the ocean, you're only 1 mile from the beach! Shopping, groceries, putt-putt, sightseeing, and other activities are also within a short walk, bike ride, and/or drive!

You will have access to a private bedroom with a queen sized bed. The size of the condo and available sleeping arrangements make it a perfect fit for two adults max. The space is not a good option for small children because it hasn't been baby proofed. There is a private bathroom for your use as well with towels and soaps provided. The full kitchen has all the cookware and dishes you may need. You will have the entire condo to yourself minus one bedroom that is locked off for storage. There is no cable at the condo but I do have Netflix and a large collection of DVDs. With your stay, you will enjoy all of the condo's amenities: community pool (mid-May through early October), tennis courts, nearby paths for walking/biking, and ample parking for your car, truck, and/or boat. The Wright Brother's Memorial is just a short walk/bike ride away! *Biking is an excellent adventure...but remember to bring your own or rent a few when you're in town! Bike racks are located on the ground level of the condo!

Please try to take off shoes as you enter the condo. This will keep the amount of sand/dirt off of the carpet and vinyl flooring. Remember to return the pool key to the condo after each visit.

Publix is located at the end of the street (new- opened February 2018) and Food Lion is a short drive (.9 miles).
First Street beach access is .9 miles from the condo! Less than 1 mile to the ocean!
Lost Treasure mini golf is also conveniently located at the end of the street.
Other shops/businesses within a mile radius include Belk, Natural Nails, NY Bagels, OBX Beach Shop, Sandbars Raw Bar and Grill, Subway, Mako’s Raw Bar and Grill, Goombay’s Raw Bar and Grill, RC Kill Devil Hills Movies 10, and much more!
