The apartment consists of two rooms plus bathroom. In the living area there is : kitchen, dining table, TV Unit , and the sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete with stove, sink, refrigerator , oven and ample storage .
The bathroom consists of: toilet bowl , bidet, sink and shower. The bathroom in natural light and air by means of a window.
The bedroom is lit by a large window.
The furniture in the bedroom are : double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables .
The apartment is located in a quaint downtown area of Catania.
In one of several Bar of the district will have the opportunity to taste the specialties of the Sicilian pastry features such as cannoli, cassata, marzipan , ice cream, marzipan fruit and eat breakfast, especially in the summer , with the characteristic granita and brioche.
Near the house there are several commercial activities in which several bars, minimarkets , bakeries, greengrocers , butchers and grocery stores in general , many of which remain open late into the night and on holidays.
A stone's throw from the apartment is the bus stop, the dwelling is however a ten-minute walk from some of the most important monuments and sights of the city such as the Crociferi Street , the street Etna , Villa Bellini, Stesichorus Square , Piazza Duomo , the market of the " Fair " , and as the fish , the Benedictine monastery , theater Greek / Roman , the Ursino Castle , etc. ..
