The house was fully remodeled two years ago with a hotel quality hot water heater for the new bathrooms and new fully loaded kitchen with every gadget imaginable.
There are many open and airy public spaces to relax and pass the day in comfort as well as a pool table and many board games such as chess and monopoly and a selection of travel and non-fiction books and novels. The house has 20MB of internet service through WIFI as well as free local calls from the house phone.

Each of the six guest rooms contain a full or queen size bed, an ample closet with safe, a 32 inch flat screen TV with HDTV, a computer desk and chair, ceiling or floor fan and Black out curtains. A twin bed can also be added to any room for an additional guest fee. Our diverse roster of guests ranges from international travelers and people studying abroad to digital nomads and internet entrepreneurs.

We offer a full-service living experience at a very reasonable price. Included in the rent is full time maid service Monday through Saturday from 7am until 4pm which includes laundry service, all bath soaps and shampoos and laundry and household detergents. You can leave your room in the morning and when you return the room will be organized and your laundry washed and ironed and put away.

Barrio Estadio is very serene and quiet while at the same time being very centrally located and close to all public transportation. We are located five blocks from the La Floresta metro station and three blocks from Avenida Colombia. We are between Carreras La 70 and La 80 which offer hundreds of traditional Colombian dining choices and Laureles is a short 15-minute walk or 5mil peso taxi ride. There you will find many different international food options from Korean BBQ to Spanish Tapas to excellent Italian food and gourmet burgers. We are located only three blocks from the Estadio sports complex which offers a wide variety of sports and exercise equipment for free or at a very low price.
