This spacious downtown Pensacola loft sits right in the heart of the rich downtown historical district. Being over 100 years old (but recently very renovated on the inside) this space will bring you back to the time when everything was made of brick and wood. The location could not be more perfect, as you are right downtown but also just 10m away from the beach - expect normal city noises. Extra large Palafox balcony right on Palafox St; Great for large parties and entertaining/nightlife.

Our space is unique because of it's size and it's location. Besides having 6 large bedrooms- there are 2 full kitchens, 3 full bars and 4 full bathrooms! There's even a private elevator that takes you up to the loft so that you don’t have to carry everything up the stairs. With this loft you will truly feel at home as you will never feel cramped or out of place. Every single bathroom and kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary amenities and all the cupboards are labeled with it's contents. All tv's have apple tv installed... so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBOgo, Amazon Video, etc. The balcony is one of the largest on Palafox St; it's great for relaxing outside with a cocktail or watching the many parades that Pensacola hosts on Palafox St. throughout the year! With this space you will be in the heart of the downtown area, where there is always something going on. This loft is centrally placed in the middle of the bustling downtown area, so normal cit/nightlife noise should be expected. The upside to this is that it puts you in the middle of it all: restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, gyms, nightlife, etc. But, if you're feeling beachy, you can just hop on the bridge; the beach is 10min away. Especially during the beach season- the beauty of this location is that you don't have to deal with all of the beach crowds if you don't want to, but you're still close enough that you can get to the beach quickly if you feel like it.

The loft is right above this town's greatest coffee shop; Fosko Coffee Barre. If at any point during your stay you need food or coffee, just head right downstairs! Come try a class during your stay, it's a great full-body workout! We are pet friendly, but if any sign of animal waste is found in the loft or in the courtyard after your departure, we will be charging an additional $200 cleaning fee apart from the existing cleaning fee. We love animals, but please make sure that your furry family members use the facilities outside of our gates! PLEASE NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI, if either of the two is found a few of $250 will be added after your stay.

Downtown Pensacola is filled with fun activities. If you go right downstairs you can order one of the best tasting coffees you'll ever have in your life, along with a delicious savory or sweet crepe. Every single Saturday there is a farmer's market right outside on Palafox St. Every weekend there is a concert/show right next door at Vinyl Music Hall. If you leave the loft, the strip right outside is rich in great restaurants, quality bars, and fun local boutique stores.
If you walk down Palafox towards the water, you can enjoy the view of our beautiful bay or take a boat ride next to the local ice cream shop. This area is filled with local theaters, art museums, history museums, children's museums, libraries... tons to do! And because we are in a historical district, every building is unique and beautiful in architecture and style.
Pensacola's most famous landmark restaurant - McGuire's - is 1min away. If you need some great seafood, stop by Joe Patti's Seafood 2min away. If you need to get groceries, there is a full Publix and an Everman's health food store a few blocks away. Anything you can think of, it's all within 10min. walking/driving.
