An ideal base to explore Perth or for business it is conveniently located near bus (85) to the city or short Uber ride. Also close to coffee shops and 'The Herdy' and a short drive to the beach. The Studio is above a laneway garage with its own separate entrance and car bay large enough to fit large 4 wheel drive. Guests will have their own key and free to come and go as they please.
The studio is small but has everything you need, it has its own ensuite bathroom with luxurious bath and rain shower head. The apartment comes equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, reserve cycle heating and cooling, internet, Foxtel and Netflix.

Check in and check out times can be flexible as long as there isn't a cross over with other guests. Please feel free to ask.
