The seperate B&B wing offers 2 Large Queen bedrooms with semi ensuite bathroom. The living room is spacious with 2 couches, a large TV and DVD, meals table, buffet and fridge.
There is a good supply of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment.
Outside you have a covered veranda with table and chairs as well as being free to enjoy the lawned and garden areas.
Braybrook Cottage is self contained accomodation with Queen Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, meals and living.
If you like farming from days gone by then you will like our display of antique farm machinery dating back to the late 1800's.
The house is on 40 acres and is home to a small herd of cattle, 2 horses and some chickens. During the winter and spring months, there is a brook running through the property with a small water fall and bridge.

Cooked breakfast and dinner can be provided if requested at an additional cost per person of $15.00 for breakfast and $20.00 for dinner. Advanced notice is required.

Quiet country life overlooking the Darling Range. We are surrounded by farming property's but only a half hour away from the beach, major shopping precincts of Mandurah and Rockingham.
Serpentine Falls National Park is only 10 minutes away where you can see Kangaroos in their natural environment, take a short stroll to the impressive Serpentine Falls. There are BBQ facilities, picnic benches and toilets within the park.
Local restaurants include Chez Deux Amis, Serpentine Rib and Steak House, Millbrook Winery and Jarrahdale Tavern.
Both Mandurah and Rockingham are aquatic playgrounds and have many cafes and restaurants.
