A big warm welcome awaits you at Luckys Paw Apartment. Modern queen bedroom, lounge room with kitchen/dining area, large luxurious bathroom fitted out to a high standard. It has its own entrance through your private courtyard and bbq area. If you do not have a hire car, buses go to the city centre from the bustop a one minute walk away regularly all day. Shops/cafes are 6 mins away. We want to provide a superhost high standard of accommodation thats value for money. We also accomodate pets.

The apartment is really relaxing, sunny, light and airy. In the colder months there is a great noirot heater that keeps the apartment warm. The designer bathroom has a remote controlled velux skylight above the 2 person luxurious bath and there is a separate rainfall shower. We have Sheridan towels for guest use and fluffy white bathrobes. The kitchen has a fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. We provide croissants with condiments, breakfast cereals, porridge and lactose free milk, teas and coffee, some staples and snacks. The private sunny courtyard has an electric outdoor bbq/grill.

Off street parking on the large nature parking strip just outside the property. No car? there is a regular bus service to city with timetable a 30 second walk away.
Separate entrance to the apartment through your own private courtyard.
Entrance to solar heated pool (01 December - 31 January), shared part of hosts home, is through a remote controlled gate. Pool is for guests only 11am - 3pm.
其他注意事項
We can provide a childs cot, change facilities, bedding, baby towel and high chair for guests travelling with infants. We are happy for guests to be travelling with small pets, cats and small/medium dogs. Please bring your pets own bowls, litter trays, beds etc. The courtyard is secure with a doggy shack kennel but mid size and larger good jumping dogs could be able to jump fence if left unattended. The courtyard is not really suitable to leave pets outside overnight as cats and possums do walk along the adjoining neighbours fence at night.

There is a laundrette in Bellerive called The Lost Sock 10 minutes drive away. Washing line retractable in courtyard with pegs.
There is a coastal walk that takes 25 minutes round trip from the apartment. Popular with local dog walkers. The local beach and little coves on the walk by are 5 minutes away. Great for picnics.
