Within a walking distance- Martins supermarket, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, planet fitness and multiple restaurants. Sample st allows you to navigate through downtown S. Bend,Notre Dame and Mishawaka

1. The entire guest house is open concept. Has 3 queen size beds.
2. Please note this House has well water. I have added a water dispenser with hot and cold water
3. Also important to note is that it’s in the basement level.
4. The thermostat in this place is upstairs. If temperatures are undesirable, the vents are probably closed or open. There is a step stool to use by the kitchen.
5. There is a water flow that you will hear. This is from the heating and cooling geothermal system

1. I have video camera surveillance but not in the guest house. Your privacy is very important to me.
2. Temperatures in this room can be opposite of the outside temperatures or the main house. If uncomfortable, Check the vents on the ceiling. Close or open vents and the temperatures will regulate.
There is a ceiling fan also, there is an electric fireplace if it gets too cold .
3. I use a geothermal heating and cooling system. If you hear water flow, it’s from the system.
