* the unit is at the 12th Floor of Tower 1. The whole unit/apartment can be used once booked.
* 3 elevators to service tenants and guests
* 24 hours concierge, security service and the place is equipped with CCTV system
* Guests can use Wind Residences' facilities in the club house.
Indoor and outdoor pool use has a fee which is Php 150 per person (P300 during holidays) to be paid at the concierge assigned at the club house. Basketball, badminton and tennis court are also available for use (please ask concierge if there's an extra fee for these).
* There's a game room you can use for free. Function Rooms can be reserved and used for a fee to be arranged at the admin office.
* Playground, garden and jogging paths are plenty in these area. There are lot of lounges at the Clubhouse that you can use and relax.
* Sky Lounge at Tower 3 where you can see the 360 degrees view of the city can be arranged at the reception desk for access. All guests are required to register with the receptionist at Tower 3 on a first come and first served basis.
* Parking is already included in the fee since I have my own parking space just in front of Tower 1 lobby.
* the 25 meters indoor lap pool at the club house is heated
