Very close to I81 (3 blocks), JMU (2 blocks), downtown Harrisonburg (1.5 miles), and Purcell Park (3 blocks). We are an active family living upstairs. Some noise transfer is inevitable. We are conscientious of our guests and follow a 10PM quiet time. We need to charge 7.0% tax on the rental fee, to meet tax requirements. This is due in CASH at check-in.
