The Sea Horse is a bedroom on the entry level of our homeThe Sand Dollar. This bedroom is furnished with queen bed, dresser, TV an easy chair and has a full private bath. This room does not have a closet but items can be hung on either of 2 doors. The room does not have any ocean views as it is under a deck. The Sea Horse walks out to a small kitchenette area and rec room plus sun room with seating and table. This area is completely surrounded with windows and shared by all of our guests.

Our guests enjoy the use of all the public areas of our home and decks from which early risers can enjoy magnificent sun rises.

Our home is directly across the street from the ocean and the beach access is approximately 400 feet. Our beaches are beautiful, clean and very family friendly.

I spent the first half of my life in the Northern Virginia area but have always been a beach lover. When I found the Outer Banks and Corolla I knew I had found the place where I wanted to live. Every day is wonderful when you live in such a beautiful place. Then last year we spent 2months in Europe - 1 month in France and 1 month in Scotland. We love meeting new people and finding out about their special interests. In addition to my love for the beach, I also love to travel. Several years ago we purchased an RV and took a 6 month trip through the National parks in Utah, went to Yellowstone then north into Canada to Banf and Lake George then through the Yukon into Alaska. My husband and I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every day of the trip.

We enjoy meeting and getting to know our guests and are available to them whenever they feel like socializing. Having lived in this special area for many years we love to share some of our knowledge with our guests.
