the space is one bedroom with queen size bed, sofa bed and double size foldable mattress. the place is relaxing for a couple, small family and/or a group of friends. the space is completely furnished that you could stay comfortably just like home. you have an option to cook since we set-up complete cooking kitchen tools and utensils. the toilet is separated from the bathroom with water heater. the room has airconditioner, with 32" television with digital tv box antenna.
2PCS OF MICROFIBER TOWEL,BLANKET will be provided for free use, any ADDITIONAL will be charge an extra php50 per piece. additional blanket php100 per piece. essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and tissue paper is not based on number of guest/s and number of night/s stay rather owners prerogative as give aways. consumables dishwashing paste is also provided.

Due to taal eruption and Covid 19 pandemic the Pool is CLOSED and no notice yet on reopening so free access is not available at these times.
Before registred guest/s could access the swimming pool and also enjoy the top view deck of the building. pool hours is from 7am-10pm but closed on mondays and thursdays for maintenance unless fall on a holiday.
there are a lot of parking spaces available with fee of php50/24hrs on weekdays and php50/entry during weekends and holidays. Guard on duty will guide the available slots and collects the parking fee.

cleaning fee is php350-400 upon request.
CLEAN AS YOU GO! wash/arrange soiled dishes. waste on trash bins. TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT IS YOURS!
turn off all lights and appliances, to help us maintain our affordable rates and for your safety purposes.
please provide one government ID before booking date thru email,or bring copy of ID upon arrival/ allow us to take a picture of your ID upon check-in.
inspection shall be done before check-out, any loss of damaged shall be charged accordingly, as also agreed with the terms and conditions in airbnb website.
