It features a private swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Dorata along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Dorata. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the garden. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two large sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, the Li Galli islands and Praiano.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with benches. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the terrace.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool. The garden is partly shaded by elegant trees.
