Bellerive Bluff has become one of the most sought after areas to live, due largely to its relaxed lifestyle and natural beauty!
It is the second oldest historic precinct in Hobart so there is plenty to see and do locally!
The old fort with big guns still in place just up the hill from the Bungalow,
is both interesting and fun!
There is an historic signposted walk (convict trail) around the Bluff taking in lovely period homes and other things of interest, not least, the lovely views of the Derwent estuary and Mt Wellington!
Everything shown in the pics is within easy walking distance

Entry is by lockbox unless otherwise arranged. We find this allows for a more flexible check-in. Once you’ve settled in either myself or my husband Richard will drop by to say ‘hi’. We are also easily accessed by phone.
