Located on the outside of Valencia, this is a loft-style home of 80 m2, very bright and fully equipped with all the appliances, comforts and details with a communal swimming pool, a parking space, an outdoor terrace and even a pool table to enjoy.
With capacity for up to 3 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city.

The 85m2 duplex is divided into:
- a bedroom which is on the mezzanine, has a comfortable staircase so you can enjoy a double bed
- an American-style kitchen is super functional, ideal for preparing typical Spanish "tapas" with a good local wine
- a relaxation area has a soft sofa bed (for 1 person, better for a child) for watching TV at your leisure
- a terrace, ideal for you to enjoy the Spanish sun in all its splendour
- a bathroom ensuite in the bedroom and a toilet
It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.
Organization in the duplex:
- Upper floor: room with bathroom
- Ground floor: toilet, equipped kitchen, living-dining room, work area, relaxation area with pool table to enjoy and outdoor terrace.

You have access to:
- the entire loft
- the pool table
- the swimming pool*
- the garden areas
Towels, bedding and hand soap included.
It has central heating and air conditioning manageable a thermostat in the living room, we also provide 2 fans.
It has a place in an underground parking.
In addition, you have access to a community pool open from June to October, from 09h to 22h, for COVID restrictions:
- a series of shifts has been established so that all those who live in the community can enjoy the facilities. Upon arrival, we will give you access to the website to request a shift and a signed authorization for entry that you must present to the concierge.

Ciudad Gran Turia is the name of the complex, it is 4 blocks of lofts attached to the Turia River, bordering the V-30 highway (which circles the city) and in front of the Gran Turia Shopping Center with dozens of shops, cinemas and a Carrefour supermarket.
