Enjoy the summer at Va. Beach. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers.
NIGHTLY PRICE INCLUDES: VA hotel taxes: VB Occupancy Tax: 9% + $2 p/night.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

The guest bedroom suite is large and bright and located on the first floor with its own entry door of a 3-story home. Guests can feel free to come and go. There is a kitchenette (new March 2022) with refrigerator, a sink, 2-burner induction stovetop, and full-size microwave. There is a large closet along with a private bathroom. Guests also have full access to the attached backyard and patio with a table and two chairs--a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

No animals or pets are allowed during a guests' stay.

Please NO smoking of any type in the house. Guests may smoke on the back patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

I am married and was a high school business teacher for 38 years. My husband and I have been married for 15 years. I live 7 blocks from the ocean, and a great day is sitting on the beach with a good book. When traveling, I still love going somewhere warm, but I also like to try new and different things. I love to see the sites when in a new place. If I am revisiting a place, I generally like to vegetate some, revisit fun activities that I have done before, but also try new activities. I like novels with some history and love the 70's music. I believe everything happens for a reason and may be God will let me in on the reason sometime in the future.
