Our peaceful 4 hectare property is situated in the foothills of Queenslands tallest peak, Mt Bartle Frere. The land fronts onto a beautiful creek that is suitable for swimming and relaxation. The cottage is a wonderful quiet retreat.

The cottage has panoramic views of the valley and mountains. It is self contained with lounge, kitchen, queen bedroom and reef bathroom. It is self catering. Situated on a large rural property in a beautiful valley, it is always peaceful here and serene at Bella Vista. Far from bright city lights, the night sky reveals the milky way in its full splendour.

We are ideally situated for hikers wishing to tackle Mt. Bartle Frere.
We have fabulous access to the beautiful, clear, safe Babinda Creek which is suitable for swimming, snorkeling and recreational use. The creek has many species of fish, turtles and sightings of platypus are possible. Bird watching, forest walks and kayaking are available all within the area. Babinda Kayak hire is close by.

Children can be accommodated on floor mattresses. Extra persons are $25 per night, linen included.
There is a $20 charge per stay for extra linen if required if people sleep separately. Please advise when booking if you require 2 beds.
The kitchen has a microwave, 2 burner hot plate and mini oven and coffee plunger.
