It is a luxury private residence can accomodate a family or grup of 6 persons with a living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry, balcony and 2 bed rooms (a spacious master bed room with private bath tub & shower). Great view, all bed rooms have balcony facing to swimming pools area & main garden. Our condo manage by famous Hotel resort, so residence guests have same facilities and services like you stay at the hotel, but our price much cheaper than any hotels price at Nusa Dua !

My place is Condominium of 150 square meters, residence guests entitle for using all hotel resort facilities and call hotel room services and house keeping. Cleaning & Change towels twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday, more cleaning service is possible with small additional cost to the hotel. More than 6 persons can accomodate by changing living room as a bed room at night (2 sofa beds available for 3 persons) and extra bed at master bed room , but it's require small additional cost per person for rental baby crib or extra bed from hotel.

My Condominium manage by 5 star hotel, so you will Check in at hotel reception, after collect key cards then porter will bring you and your belonging to my residence. Buggy car, lifts and stair are available. Residence guests have free access to Wifi, swimming pools, beach, gym, spa, restaurants and bar, kids club room and play ground. All facilities and services provided by the hotel.

Residence guests may request hotel services, such as house keeping, room service, meals order and hotel porter to bring your luggages etc, by dial '0' from your room. The essentials such as tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shampo and water dispenser for drinking and cooking are provided when you Check in. Additional essensials for long term stay, guests may request from hotel with additional cost or guests can buy these items at supermarket or convinient stores at the back of this hotel, which is cheaper.
