Beautiful apartment with lovely garden in historic house from 19th century. 95 square meters / 1000 square feet big, ground floor with direct access to the garden. Quiet residential street, but only a 5 minute walk to the central train station and city center. Shopping and some very good restaurants all in close proximity. The apartment is non-smoking and has everything you need. Including super fast internet (1Gbit), a free parking space and free public transport in the city.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself. The garden ist shared with our neighbours upstairs.
其他注意事項
We have a cat, her name ist Kitty. You probably won't see much of her, but she needs to be fed. It takes one minute in the morning and one in the evening. If you're lucky, she will come to cuddle on the sofa in the evening.
We would also ask you to water the plants in our garden every other day. It's great meditation :-)
