Three bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch style home with full kitchen, living room and dining room. Attached garage, fenced backyard. A little over an hour from Rapid City and just 20 minutes from Badlands National Park. This is our extra house that we use when our kids are in high school in Kadoka, we have a ranch 35 miles outside of town. This home has a vintage farmhouse feel to it. It is very functional, very safe and super clean. Warm in the winter with baseboard radiant heating. Window air conditioning units in the summer. Perfect for a large family. This home has a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Curl up on the sofa or recliner in front of the electric fireplace to read a book or watch a movie. This home has a simplistic, vintage feel to it. Very functional, very cozy. Feels like home ❤

Guests can have access to the entire home including the backyard and are welcome to cook a meal as long as they wash their dishes :) Washer and dryer available for guest use. Pets are welcome but I would prefer they arent left in my home or yard if guests will be away. Also, pets aren't allowed on the furniture or beds. As courtesy to my neighbors, dogs cannot be left outside at night if they bark.

Quiet, very safe neighborhood. If you want to party or be loud this probably won't suit you or make my neighbors very happy.
