This retro styled self-contained unit is attached to my house and is located on the Moyne River, only 1 block away from shopping, cafes, restaurants and markets, as well as being a short walk to surf beaches and the Folk Festival site. Simple and old, but comfortable and clean, you will find your stay here relaxing and convenient to all that Port Fairy has to offer. While the unit does not face the river you do get some limited view from the patio.

The self-contained unit allows you to cater for yourself and provides a bar fridge, twin convection hot plates, microwave, kitchen sink, cutlery, crockery, rice cooker, gourmet electric fry pan and basic cooking utensils and equipment.
A patio and barbecue gives you the option of alfresco cooking with a limited river view.
The television can be viewed from a comfortable sofa.
The small bathroom provides a shower and hand basin with a mirror and towel racks.
The spacious bedroom provides a queen size bed with a comfortable medium-firmness mattress, a single bed, bedside lighting and has some drawers and a clothes rack.
A quality sofa bed in the living area unfolds to a double size bed for extra guests.
Take advantage of the convenient location and stroll to the shops or along the river and ocean walk.
Two single kayaks are available to hire for exploring the river views and wetlands habitat.
Park directly and have easy access via a ramp to your own entry door.

I am self employed in my own business as an Artist and Metaphysical Practitioner. I often travel to Melbourne to buy stock, enjoy theatre and for business events. I am very respectful of other people's property and personal effects and I would treat these like they are my own. I am neat and clean and happy to meet my hosts.
