Samiel's place is located in the CITYLAND Tower on the 16th floor.
Within the tower complex is the Nativo cafe, a SE Asian restaurant, a hair salon,
travel agency and 7-11 convenience store. Right across the main highway is a new McDonald's.
Cityland is steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay, the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin),
the brand new Filinvest FORA Mall where more restaurants are located.
Free use of swimming pool (3rd floor)
Guest can also go to the view deck with Outstanding view of Taal lake and Tagaytay

Weekdays Monday to Thursday: Php 50 (multiple entry)
Weekdays Friday to Sunday: Php 50 (single entry)

Although only about a one hour’s drive away from Metro Manila, the town in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility away from any hustle and bustle of the city.
Tagaytay lies at an altitude of 640 meters on a ridge that runs along the north side of the beautiful Taal lake and the Taal volcano. Unlike Metro Manila, the air here is clean and the climate pleasantly. Summer temperatures are moderate throughout the year. It is one of the few places in these latitudes, where you don’t need air conditioning or heating due to the mild, not tropical temperatures.
