The ultimate in loft living. Stay in this TWO level, 1520 sqft. loft located in the heart of downtown Edmonton.

This loft is not just an “Airbnb”. It is my $600,000 property that I offer for rent. A $3,000 deposit for guests with less than a 5-Star review is required in addition to rent. Any violation of the House Rules, this deposit is forfeited.

This unit is located in the historic John Deere Warehouse building, built in 1928. It has been fully renovated into a modern rustic ONE Bedroom + den, TWO full bathroom loft. The loft boasts 14 ft. ceilings, distressed hardwood floors, exposed brick, SS appliances, and in suite laundry.

Frequently asked questions:

Can I have additional guests over for a gathering, party or any sort of special occasion? Included poker parties, birthdays, pre-drinks before the clubs, etc.

No. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule. Airbnb’s have been known for their uncontrolled house parties and disruption to residents in buildings and this will not be tolerated at the Seventh Street Lofts. Guests will be asked to leave immediately upon notification from residents of such disturbances with no refund.

Can I have a late check-out or early check in?

Typically, yes. If a guest has requested a later check-out, an early check in is sometimes not possible. I cannot guarantee an earlier check-in before 3pm. I’ll always let guests know if the cleaners have completed the clean early so that the guest has the option of checking in early. For late check-outs, please request at least 24 hours in advance.

Will a full size truck fit in the underground parking?

Yes. The ceiling height is 6’ 9”. Unmodified 1/2 ton trucks such a Ford F-150 will fit!

Can I park a second vehicle?

There is no visitor parking access at this location. Paid parking is always an option on the street or at the Impark directly across the street. Further details will be located in the Check-In instructions.

Is there a patio or outdoor area for BBQing / Smoking etc.?

No. The loft does not have a patio. Guests will be required to smoke and vape outside either on the sidewalk or back alley locations. Smoking in the building or parkade will result in a $500 fire code violation.

Where is the loft located?

On the corner of 103rd Ave and 107th Street in Downtown Edmonton, AB.

How do I access the building?

You’ll receive an initial welcome message from myself that includes a reminder to review the House Rules and House Manual, a link to the self Check-In Instructions (including parking instructions) and the Wifi password. If you’ve booked weeks in advance the Check-in Instructions may not be available to you until 48 hours prior to arrival.

Where can I find the garbage cans?

There are two sets of 6 ft. X 6 ft. garbage dumpsters that can be found in the back alley for your use! En route to the parkade you will pass them both. Use the main lobbies back door for easiest access to back alley dumpsters. Use door to the left of the elevator in main lobby and don’t forget to bring the building FOB with you!

There are two separate entrances to the loft. One on the main level entering through the front or back alley doors of the building.

Second entrance is on the lower level of the building. This is the door you will use coming in from your underground parking stall.

No pets allowed.

The building was built in 1928, floors squeak and sound proofing properties not suitable for noise past 10pm in any part of the property. Parties, events, young families or late night gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Noise bylaw in place from 10pm to 8am and must be followed.

Other occupants and owners reside in this building full-time and must be respected.

Your entire damage deposit will be forfeited if these rules are not followed.
