Stirling's, "family style home" is a separate living area in lower & upper area of home. Private entrance and parking. No indoor/outdoor pets, no smoking indoors, or $100 fine applied per day. Located on 8 acres, 365 ft lakeshore, fishing, water and jet skiing, kayaking, snowmobiling, paddle boat.
Indoor pool + hot tub. Restaurants located within 3 miles, major cities within 15-45 minutes. Ice fishing + snowmobile trails right outside your door. Golf course near. Fire pits, bring own wood.

Private retreat from city life. No smoking, or pets allowed indoors or $100. fine will be charged per day. Sleeps 22+ adults with 3 toddler size beds and a crib. There are additional air mattresses, sleeping bags and a cot available for additional guests, if needed. Only use the amount of beds per your guest reservation, or additional fees apply. Please close off bedrooms that will not be used by your group. Bedroom four will be available when booking 12 or more guests, unless requested.
Excellent fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, snowmobiling, some sledding and snowboarding hills, and ice fishing right outside your door. 2 kayaks are available to rent with the understanding that you will use them at your own risk. Some life jackets are in the pool area and available for use. Other lakes, and beaches are close by as well.
Great trail system for snowmobiling and four wheeling.
Golf course within 4 miles and others around in the area.
The indoor pool and hot tub are located back up the driveway to the left side of the garage area. There is a concrete walkway on the left side of the double door garage. Same access code applies. In the winter you are welcome to park up next to the pool door area, while using the pool and hot tub. The pool has a badu jet so you can swim in place, in the deep end. On the back wall within the circle type ring is a button you push to turn on and push again to turn off.
Noise courtesy is Midnight to 7 am.
The furnace and air conditioning controls for the rental areas are located in bedroom 4.
Bedroom 5 has its own controls with in floor heat.

Indoor pool (with Badu Jet) - 6 ft. deep end - NO diving permitted, pool and hot tub area are located in the upper level of the home. Pool entry is on the outside of home, left side of garage up top. Pool is open until midnight or as discussed. Pool heater is in the equipment pool room. Up/down arrows to adjust temp. The 4th bedroom has a private handicap ramp entrance and is connected to lower level living areas. Any visitors must be pre approved and must leave by 10 pm, or as discussed. Guests are allowed full access of the facility that is open per their guest count, so make sure to correctly list your guest count when making your booking. Make sure to close the pool when finished using each day. Press AND hold the orange button on the side of the hot tub while closing cover. Closing the pool and the hot tub cover will keep the heat and moisture in the water where desired.
Kareoke machine is available in the living room area for your use, along with a variety of vcr movies, games and books for children.

You are responsible for picking up after yourself and disposing of your garbage. Recycling and separation of garbage is up to the guest. Please bring garbage bags for yourself and remember to take ALL garbage with you when you leave, or additional fees will apply, minimum fee of $50.
Boat and jet ski rentals are available in our area.
I have a few sleds and snowboards available to use at your own risk.
No daily cleaning. I will wash pool towels, if needed. Please leave them in the towel room off of the pool area. Other towels place in the laundry room area before you leave. You do have access to your own washer and dryer to take care of washing them for yourself if needed. The cleaning fee is only for after any guest has vacated. Please remove your bed sheets and place them on the floor, next to each bed when leaving, or on the laundry room. If any bedding that was used has not been removed, additional fees will apply.
If you smoke it is only allowed outdoors. Please pick up all your cigarette butts and dispose of them properly. Thanks!
