Such a convenient location only 5 minutes walk to amazing beaches and the Adventure Bay township .

The house is well insulated with double glazed windows and a cosy heat pump, ensuring you stay warm in winter and cool in summer.
There is a large open space lounge with dining nook, a full sized kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a common bathroom.
The lounge boasts a 55" flatscreen Smart TV while the master bedroom has a 26" LCD TV . Free Netflix is and streaming is available on the lounge TV. You will also find the WiFi code noted along the top of this TV as well.
Some books, games and some toys are supplied, including a Super Nintendo game console.
There is space outside for up to 4 cars; or room for your boat if you wanted to bring that with you and launch from the beach or local boat ramp.
A large covered deck with comfy outdoor lounge at the front of the house allows you to enjoy the views, together with a cosy wood-fired chiminea for those lazy afternoons in winter, kicking back with a nice bottle of wine. A portable picnic table is available if you prefer to eat outside on the deck.
There is a relaxed ambience and plenty of space to move, with all the modern conveniences you come to expect. Clean bed linen, towels, crockery/cutlery, tea/coffee are all provided. A washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are also available for guest use.

You will have exclusive use of our Holiday Home, as well as the front fenced yard area, for off-street parking, for the duration of your stay with us.
Access to the property is through an unlocked front driveway gate, while access to the Holiday Home is by entering a code we will supply into the lock box beside the front door.

Adventure Bay is a small community of residents and 'shackies'. It is a safe neighbourhood with a relaxed and laid-back feel. It is the perfect spot for a chilled out weekend, or a base to do a spot of fishing in the bay. Crayfish, salmon, flathead and squid are commonly caught here. Safe swimming spots abound in this area for summer activities. In the cooler months, it is generally quieter with fewer visitors, however many people find this an even better time to spend some quiet time on vacation.

Business couple, close to retirement. We love staying at our holiday home at Adventure Bay, however equally love to travel around Australia in our caravan and explore the country.
