Ultra modern decor with light and clean finishes. Bedroom is equipped with a queen size mattress. Also has small desk space that can be stored and TV with access to roku, Netflix and Amazon TV. Room is on top floor of home and shares a bathroom with another room.

We have total of 12 private rooms we operate short term rental out from three different houses. All the location are close to Wesley Hospital, WSU, Koch campus, Coleman factory, Textron, and Wichita downtown area.
The guests can utilize our entire basement for their needs. We designed a common area with social setting for our guests. This area includes large TV, keurig type coffee or tea maker, toaster oven, small refrigerator including freezer, iron board, massage chair and laundry room for long term stay! We have cameras in the common area only, they are installed for security purposes (see house rules). Guests are also welcome to the kitchen if they feel like baking or cooking.

Guests are free to use kitchen and appliances along with pots and pans to include table ware and silverware. Access to outdoor grill, patio and koi pond for for a truly zen experience. Guests also have access to shiatsu massage chair and home theater for relaxation and entertainment needs. All closets except the guests' are off limits.

We operate multiple listings out of our house. Out of respect and curtesy for us and other booking guests, NO third party allowed unless an agreement is made!

Airbnb was introduced to us in 2015 by one of our close friend who is also a host in Wichita. Like many people we were skeptical opening our home to travelers initially; however, we felt we have gained so much more since 2015. It allowed us to become humble, compassionate, and appreciative what humanity has to offer. Don't worry! We are not nosy hosts we don't care to probe for information for personal gains, but rather we enjoy great conversations and crave for our guests' life experiences. Only if you would like to share. Jerry is a sales and operation manager for a family owned furniture store. He enjoys traveling, gym, obstacle races, gardening, landscaping, pond, and outdoor activities. Winnie works for local bridal store in downtown on weekend, and Pfizer chemist during the week. She loves real estate, entrepreneurial pod cast, true crime, ghost stories, yoga, and minimal exercise! We are passionate hosts, we started from one listing out of our basement to multiple listing operating from three different homes with private rooms to entire house. Airbnb is both our baby and we enjoy hosting guests. We can't wait to host you and all your travel needs!
