Our new two story home, completed in 2016, includes 1000 square feet of living space and a 500 sq feet unfinished basement. Convenient to nearby shopping and located in the outdoor recreational paradise of Heber Valley, you will be less than 15 minutes to the Deer Valley gondola and Sundance, 20 minutes to Park City, minutes to Midway Resort with several lakes nearby for water sports.

The entire home is available for your enjoyment with the exception of the garage and one basement storage room.

-During snow storms the city prohibits parking of vehicles on the road in front of the house.
-The basement of the house is being finished and although there will be no construction activity during the time of your rental of the premises, the tools and equipment in the basement could be dangerous for young children.
