Hurricane is a great place for outdoors enthusiasts. Atv riding is legal on the road, from our location to your trailhead. We are a half hour scenic drive to Zion National Park. There's hiking trails throughout Hurricane and St. George. We are 10 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs. Kolob reservoir is just an hour away, if you enjoy camping and fishing. There are several golf courses 10 minutes away. 50 minutes away is Brianhead ski resort. 35 minutes from Tuachan Ampitheatre.

You'll have private living quarters with a full kitchen in our basement apartment with your own private entrance through the garage, and down one flight of stairs. You can come and go as you please. Two nice bedrooms, a large clean bathroom and plenty of open floor space. Away from the TV and around the corner is a spacious desk area for the working person/Xbox for the kids. Also, a privacy wall at the top of the stairs. We expect our guests to have fun, laugh, and make noise, within reason. Plenty of parking on the property.
This location is close to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Sand Hollow Reservoir/Resort. There are a variety of Golf Courses and hiking trails to take in the beautiful scenery. You are also 1.4 miles from gas stations, restaurants,
and a Cinemax.

Our home is located in Hurricane South Fields in a very safe neighbourhood. Lots of stars to see at night and quiet surroundings, make this a great place for rest and relaxation. In the evening you can enjoy lots of grass and a walking/jogging track at our intermediate school just across the street. Close to grocery store, and restaurants. Our area is the best centralized location for visiting the parks, atv/biking access, and purchasing value.
