The advantage of this location is the peace and quiet away from city/lights(on a clear night 3/4am the snow glows under moon and stars) A bunch of pillows, blankets, 2 twin beds with foam toppers and the master queen! A true nature retreat with year round hiking a few houses up the road!

My phone photos do not give view justice! Lower level has large multiple person shower with heated floor through out lower. 420 is acceptable on property

A quiet local type of area. No traffic around house! A few local dogs run free, very friendly. Pennsylvania creek trail/National forest up the road from house! The trail being only 1/5 mile up the road people bike, ski, hike four wheelers, hunt seasonal and more!
