Professionally cleaned, upstairs Studio Apartment with self-check-in, centrally located in historic downtown Hull. Featuring a loft queen bed with skylight, vaulted ceilings, and sunny windows. Decorated in a modern farmhouse feel, guests will love the antique wood ceiling, bathroom barn door, wood ladder to the loft, and quartz countertops. Wifi, Prime TV, and Parking space available upon request. 10 min drive to Downtown Ottawa; Byward Market; Parliament; Spa Nordik; and Gatineau Park. Merci!

A comfortable place to come home and rest after touring around Ottawa, or a night out at the Casino. This Bachelor apartment (400sq feet, no bedrooms) Sleeps 4 with two queen size beds, featured loft bed, and very comfortable fold down sofa (like actually>>see reviews). Great for a couple, small family, tourists or business travellers. Loft bed perfect for kids over 8 years old.

Fully stocked kitchen with basic food items included (coffee, cereal, spices and oil) with all amenities such as dishwasher, pots and pans etc. The TV is Roku enabled with free access to Prime TV or guests can use their log-in for Netflix or Youtube. Washer and Dryer in the apartment.

Corner store/subway steps away with all necessities including wine/beer; open till 11 pm. Short 5 min drive to "Les Galleries" shopping centre with a food court and boutique grocery store. Big box like Wallmart, Canadian Tire, and Liquor Stores all within 5min drive.

About a 25 min walk to downtown Ottawa via scenic park trails. Public transportation within one block of the house. 10 min drive to downtown Ottawa and Lac Leamy where guests can walk around the lake, go to the beach, rent canoes or kayaks.

Worry free stay! I am the owner of the house and no condo board, therefore no risk of arriving and having someone ruin your plans.

Free on-street parking evenings and weekends & one parking space is available upon request for weekdays. It is expected that guests will make maximum use of on-street parking. Guests must park on the street during evenings and weekends. Weekends have unlimited street parking. During the weekdays there is a 2-hour limit between 7 am and 4 pm for street parking.

If you need to leave your car for more than 2 hours during weekdays between 7 am and 4 pm, there is parking available at the back of the house. This parking is capable of multiple vehicles but is only a single lane. This is a shared space and coordination will be required with the lower apartment.

The loft bed is up a sturdy ladder and the fold down couch is part of the main living area.

This is an upstairs apartment, only accessible by an outside flight of stairs.

All blankets, sheets, and towels washed between each stay. Laundry detergent is scent free.

The Île de Hull area is the oldest neighborhood of the city of Gatineau. It is located on the west bank of the Gatineau river and the north shore of the Ottawa river, directly opposite Ottawa. This neighborhood is eclectic with a lot of history and is traditionally french speaking. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street. In recent years, the area has been attracting many investors for personal homes, restaurants and condo's due to its close proximity to Downtown Ottawa. Very walk-able with many locally owned corner stores (Dépanneurs) and businesses/restaurants. The heart of Downtown Hull is about two blocks south heading towards Rue Eddy. There, guests will find many restaurants and local attractions. If guests head up Rue Saint Redempteur towards the casino they will find grocery stores, big box stores, and a shopping mall. Also, guests can find access to trails and bike paths leading into Gatineau park close to the casino. Guests can take a walk around Lac Lemy and stop at the beach for a nice afternoon.

I love finding new interesting restaurants and visiting the many attractions Ottawa has to offer.
