Our apartments are located in front of the boulevard, where you can find several restaurants, cafes and bars.
Unfortunately only in high season (from July until 15 September) there is a very loud music from 10:00pm until 01:00am!!!
Off season this is not the case!
Parking is payed and secured 200m from our apartment and cost 3-5 euro/24 hours.
The apartment is located above/near the bars. The bars are closed from 15/09-15/06
Recommended in the high season for young people.

Ulcinj is during off season beautiful, peaceful and perfect place to spend autumn of spring days:)
I am sure if you come in May, June, September of October you will fully enjoy the peace of the town, beauty of the beach and the view from my balcony’s.
With a combination of a mediterranean and humid subtropical climate most days in Ulcinj are full of sunshine. In summer you will experience very pleasant weather.
During the months of May, June, September and October you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures.
On average, the warmest month(s) are June, July and August.

Right in front of the apartment complex you will walk into the boulevard and beach. In only 2 minutes you will find supermarkets, bakery's, several delicious restaurants. Here you can find a variety of good restaurants, with typical Albanian and Montenegrin cuisine. On 2 minutes walking distance you wil find the Old Town, called Kalaja.
Apartment is located above the music bars! There are open only in high season
Our favorite spots to eat!
1. Pirate Wine Bar/Restaurant in the Old City (Kalaja)
2. Restaurant Misko (Ada Bojana)
3. Restaurants Aragosta (The first one is located at Albatros beach, the second location is located in our neighborhood, in front of the small beach)
4. Restaurant Taphana in the old city
5. Higo Restaurant near Albatros beach
6.You can enjoy the breakfast in the Old City at Kulla e Balshajve restaurant.
7. Dolcinum Kite Surf Club with a lovely little restaurant on the beach.
If you want to go outside the Ulcinj on the country side you can visit lake Shas and you can take a lunch in restaurant Shas.
