Knotty pine nearly throughout, many new furnishings, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware and dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood) present. WiFi not available, though some have used hotspot or a booster of sorts. We do not want large or loud parties or groups that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners, though that does make it faster to iron out any attention needed.
