A one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, storage space and plenty of outdoor area. Living space is nice and open with a fully equipped kitchen and pullout sofa. Walk or bike to soundside beach. Very close to grocery stores, award winning restaurants, outlet stores, Jockey's Ridge, aquarium and more...

Private access to one bedroom apartment on ground floor. Additionally, guests may utilize the outdoor shower, back yard and beach chairs hanging near the stairs.

In addition to the bedroom, there's a pull out sofa in the living room . There's also access to a neighborhood boat ramp and pool for a nominal fee.
Pool charges (open Memorial Day- Labor Day):
-$3/day per person or $15/week per person
-$25 for the boat ramp key, $10 deposit that is returned to you when key is dropped off.
*Don't forget your bikes! There is a paved sidewalk to the oceanside beach with public beach access very close.
** We have beach chairs for you to borrow:-)

We are a fun-loving family that is living our dream here in the Outer Banks! We enjoy being outdoors at the beach, hiking, fishing and exploring these amazing little towns that surround us. Surfing, Paddle boarding and, most of all, Kiteboarding are some of our favorite things to do and we are always searching for the good spots-(all very close to us!) We live a simple life here on the island and love sharing that with others. Our life motto "Create the Life YOU Want to Live and Make It Happen. Why Go Through Life Not Enjoying Every Moment- Take Risks, Get Uncomfortable and Good Things Will Happen."

Our home is our full-time residence and is above the one bedroom apartment. We are a family of 5 with lots of love and laughter. Be prepared to see kids playing in the yard during the day when we're not at the beach. They love to share their toys though so if you've forgotten something at home, most likely we have it for you to borrow.
