Spacious and cosy is a 1 bedroom apartment in my Basement. It's a very clean space with a few considerations before u book. The ceilings measures from top to floor is 6 ft 9 inches. There is a sub pump you usually hears it when it flushes, however the noise is not unbearable. But if you r a lite sleeper maybe this is not for you. This is not a hotel. Just my very clean, comfortable & cosy hide away spot. There is 1 free parking space in the backyard, & free parking on the street as well.

The space is clean, tidy and dust free. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.... I have cleaning supplies antibacterial cleaner to use. The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, electric skillet to cook a meal, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee, tea, salt & pepper shaker etc. The apartment has a fan for the hot days and a heater for the cold days.

Guests can use all spaces in this apartment. The check-in time is after 6 pm and check-out time is 11 am. There is a check-out late fee, so plz check-out on time thanks. Please use the table and chair set beside your entrance door outside in the backyard. This is where you would smoke. No smoking is allowed in the apartment plz thanks.

This is a spacious and cozy Basement apartment. Its self contain with it's own private bed room, bathroom, and kitchen, You have your own entrance, a parking space of your own. You let yourself in and out of the Apartment. The steps going down to the Basement are a bit steep but i made them wider so much better to step down now with side rails, and step protection rubber. This is a Basement so at times u will hear water running in the pipes that's normal for the Basement. But overall it's very clean, comfortable, spacious & private. It's my favourite place in the house! This is a duplex and my neighbour has kids so sometimes you might hear them running up and down the steps it's not too loud but u can mistake for my upstairs I don't have small kids.

My neighborhood is safe, I live in the rural area close to downtown. I am here since 2010, I never had any issues with anyone, I have no problems going out or coming in. I walk out in the neighborhood for exercise purposes. I would never walk on the streets late at nights. I wouldn't do that in any area not just mine.

Guest can reach me at the cell number or email address on the listing at anytime 860 840 0840. you have your own space so there is no interaction with you. I might run into you in the back yard where we all park. There r table and chairs beside ur entrance door you r welcome to use them. That's the smoke spot as there is no smoking allowed in the apartment.
