It is a nice small simple one bedroom with a full bathroom. Perfect for solo traveler passing through D.C. You have your own entrance with a self check-in. The room is really meant for one person but you may bring a guest if you don't mind sharing a twin xl bed.

This a small 8x9 ft room suited for one person but it can accommodate two people if you don't mind sharing a Twin XL bed. The room does come with many amenities such as a smart TV with many pre-installed apps (no cable). I have signed into my Amazon and Netflix accounts so feel free to watch anything in those apps. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. There is a power strip with usb ports, if you need a phone charger message me and I may have one you can borrow. The room has a window A.C unit and coat hanger on the wall, if you need to hang some clothes message me for hangers. There is a tower heater in the room and extra blankets in the dresser if you are feeling extra cold. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided for those staying more than three nights (message me for it). The bathroom comes with towels, toilet paper, soap, maybe shampoo, and some other things that I can spare. You can park in the driveway but you may scratch the bottom of your car getting in, but if you have an SUV you should have no issue parking in the driveway. There is also street parking and a parking pass can be found in the room. All you need to do is place the parking pass on your dashboard and please return it to the room when you leave( it is a 30 dollar charge if you don't return it to the room). There is a little drop down desk, where you can do work or use it as a table to eat on.
You are welcome to bring a guest if you don't mind sleeping in a twin XL bed.
No smoking inside, I have a ash tray so you can smoke outside.
No smoking or doing drugs in or outside the house.
Also I just got a dog and I occasionally leave him in the backyard which is completely fenced in and separate from your entrance.
